Let's Start the RESET Challenge Together!

We're so excited you are part of the RESET Challenge community!


Week 1: RESET

The overall goal of the RESET Challenge is to get you moving 150 minutes a week. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you MOVE! In addition to 150 minutes of movement, each week will also focus on a specific theme designed to RESET our mind, body and spirit.


Let's start the challenge by prioritizing our health, setting goals, and start scheduling activities right now to get us moving this week!


What to Expect

  • Get active for 150 minutes a week!

  • As part of the Strong Life collaborative, you now have access to live and on-demand classes, online resources, and weekly-focused tips and tools during the 6-week challenge.

  • Connect with others around the country that are also hitting the RESET button by joining the RESET Challenge Facebook group to share your stories, struggles, and suggestions with your fellow challengers.

  • Read the weekly emails to keep you motivated and moving (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

  • Participate in local activities that the Dickson YMCA will be hosting as part of the RESET Challenge.

  • Participate in the local, weekly Zoom calls (Wednesdays at 6:30 pm).

  • Focus on the weekly themes of RESET, REFRESH, RECONNECT, REPLAY, REINVEST and RESTORED.
