We’ve got you covered with two options for your kids. 

While you’re working out, your kids are always supervised and are always having fun challenging their brains and their bodies.

Y-Play

  • Birth to Age 4

  • Curriculum based with structured educational and art activities

  • Schedule matches group fitness schedule – never worry about it being closed when you want to take a class

  • Ages 4 to 12

  • Free play

  • 14 foot tall indoor playground

  • Indoor rock climbing wall

Safety

Safety of our kids is a primary concern for the Dickson County Family YMCA

  • Both areas share a Jack & Jill bathroom. So once your child is checked in, there is no reason for them to come out. 

  • Kids are checked into through our membership database, which includes your picture.  When you come back to pick up your child, we match your face with our membership database.

  • Every Dickson YMCA member is checked against the National Sex Offenders Registry.
