STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER
Strength Train Together maximizes your workout results with 60 minutes of impactful strength training. You’ll get stronger while improving movement when you combine traditional strength training with functional exercises using an adjustable barbell, weights and bodyweight.
Defend Together burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to maximize your cardio fitness. This electric experience is addictive and collaboratively a high-energy 60 minutes of fun.

This 30 min. express class is designed to develop, tone, and define muscles in your lower body and abs. It specifically targets the thighs, chest, and abs through a unique set of exercises that will build beautiful definition from every angle. Burn calories and get summer ready with this effective workout.
UPPER BODY SCULPT
This 30 min. express class is designed to develop, tone, and define muscles in your upper body. It specifically targets the arms, chest, back, and shoulders through a unique set of exercises that will build beautiful definition from every angle. Burn calories and get summer ready with this effective workout.
CARDIO FIT PLUS
A high intensity total body workout combining cardio, conditioning, resistance, and core work. This class will challenge you physically, while keeping you moving and burning for a full hour. There will be a variety of exercises with little choreography. Come wake up your heart and lungs while toning and strengthening your body at the same time. Intermediate fitness levels recommended.
Simple, low impact movements that increase flexibility, balance, range of motion, vitality, relaxation, mental focus, strength, and overall well being. Learn at your own pace, exercises are for all ages and fitness levels.
Be ready for wedding season with classics: Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Cowboy Cha Cha. This class will keep you moving with fun dance steps performed to a variety of music (Pop, Country, Latin, and Urban). Line dancing is both fun and great exercise.
This class provides a challenging low-impact cardiovascular exercise performed on a stationary bike in a class setting. The instructors use motivational music to lead participants in different types of cycling routines designed to simulate hill climbs, sprints, and interval training.
STRENGTH AND CYCLE
2 classes in one! Start in studio A with strength training using dumbbells or body weight to counterbalance the riding position & workload of a studio bike. End in the cycle room to meet your cardiovascular training!
A class designed with seniors in mind. This class is ideal for someone who is recovering from an injury or illness. Chairs are provided to help the student stay comfortable and stable while regaining strength.
Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with the use of resistance tools such as the tube, ball, and weights. Movement to music is non to low impact aerobic choreography.
GOLD GENTLE STRETCH
Through a series of stretches and postures, you will open your joints, increase range of motion in your core, and synchronize your breath with muscle movement. This class will help you achieve a stronger, more stabilized low body, and a calmer mind.
