ZUMBA

Find your groove in this class. Zumba Fitness is the latest fitness dance explosion! This Latin style dance class will get you moving! The music is fast and fun and will get your hips grooving!​

ACTIVE TOGETHER

This simple and athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness: cardio , strength, balance, and flexibility!

CIRCUIT BLAST

A mixture of strength and cardio exercises preformed at stations or timed intervals to improve muscle tone and increase cardiovascular fitness!

BASIC YOGA

No matter what gets you on the mat, remember, it is an uplifting practice that promotes physical health and mental well-being. In our beginner's series, we will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and overall personal awareness.

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER

Strength Train Together is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all our major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music getting you movement and muscle strong!

LUNCH CRUNCH

This 30 min. express strength class is designed for those who need a quick workout during the day. This class will use various equipment/body weight exercises to target all your muscles!

UPPER BODY SCULPT

This 30 min. express class is designed to develop, tone, and define muscles in your upper body. It specifically targets the arms, chest, back, and shoulders through a unique set of exercises that will build beautiful definition from every angle. Burn calories and get summer ready with this effective workout.

LOWER BODY AND ABS

This 30 min. express class is designed to develop, tone, and define muscles in your lower body and abs. It specifically targets the thighs, chest, and abs through a unique set of exercises that will build beautiful definition from every angle. Burn calories and get summer ready with this effective workout. 

Barre

Terrific class to build increase lean muscle mass, improve balance, build bone density, challenge core strength, and enhance flexibility.

CARDIO FIT PLUS

A high intensity total body workout combining cardio, conditioning, resistance, and core work. This class will challenge you physically, while keeping you moving and burning for a full hour. There will be a variety of exercises with little choreography. Come wake up your heart and lungs while toning and strengthening your body at the same time. Intermediate fitness levels recommended.

STRENGTH AND CYCLE

2 classes in one! Start in studio A with strength training using dumbbells or body weight to counterbalance the riding position & workload of a studio bike. End in the cycle room to meet your cardiovascular training!

TAI CHI

Simple, low impact movements that increase flexibility, balance, range of motion, vitality, relaxation, mental focus, strength, and overall well being. Learn at your own pace, exercises are for all ages and fitness levels.

LINE DANCING

Be ready for wedding season with classics: Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Cowboy Cha Cha. This class will keep you moving with fun dance steps performed to a variety of music (Pop, Country, Latin, and Urban). Line dancing is both fun and great exercise.

INDOOR CYCLING

This class provides a challenging low-impact cardiovascular exercise performed on a stationary bike in a class setting. The instructors use motivational music to lead participants in different types of cycling routines designed to simulate hill climbs, sprints, and interval training.

GOLD

A class designed with seniors in mind. This class is ideal for someone who is recovering from an injury or illness. Chairs are provided to help the student stay comfortable and stable while regaining strength.

GOLD ADVANCED

Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with the use of resistance tools such as the tube, ball, and weights. Movement to music is non to low impact aerobic choreography.

GOLD GENTLE STRETCH

Through a series of stretches and postures, you will open your joints, increase range of motion in your core, and synchronize your breath with muscle movement. This class will help you achieve a stronger, more stabilized low body, and a calmer mind.
