The Dickson YMCA offers 3 versions of our Senior Fitness Gold Class
Try all 3 to find what level is best for you!
GOLD

GOLD

A class designed with seniors in mind. This class is ideal for someone who is recovering from an injury or illness. Chairs are provided to help the student stay comfortable and stable while regaining strength.

GOLD ADVANCED

Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with the use of resistance tools such as the tube, ball, and weights. Movement to music is non to low impact aerobic choreography.

GOLD GENTLE STRETCH

Through a series of stretches and postures, you will open your joints, increase range of motion in your core, and synchronize your breath with muscle movement. This class will help you achieve a stronger, more stabilized low body, and a calmer mind.

FRIDAY: 5AM TO 8PM
