We offer a variety of Group Fitness classes whether you're looking for strength training, high-intensity cardio, or prefer to dance your way to achieving your fitness goals.
Senior Fitness
Benefits of physical activity in older adults include healthy bones, muscles and joints and helps control joint swelling and pain associated with arthritis. Our Senior group exercise classes, indoor walking track, and specialized cardio equipment provides a variety of fitness options.
Y-Kids
We’ve got you covered with two childcare options for your kids: Y-Play and Y-Adventure. While you’re working out, your kids are always supervised and are always having fun challenging their brains and their bodies.
Strength Training
Whether you prefer free weights, Olympic lifts, bodyweight or strength training machines, we've got all the options covered with our free weight area, TRX suspension trainers, Studio X or our Synergy 180 functional training stations.
Personal Training
If you need a little extra help in achieving your health and wellness goals, our personal training program includes a customized path designed to meet your specific goals.
Cardio Equipment
Our Wellness floor is 8,000 square feet and includes a variety of recumbant bikes, treadmills, elliptical and stair machines. We also have an indoor walking track and stretching platforms.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a fun sport that combines tennis, badminton and ping-pong. We have two indoor courts available for members to reserve.
Day Camp
Our Day Camp is designed to keep kids healthy, happy and learning while schools are on break. We're making the most of the time off from school by packing it with fun activities like games, crafts, movies and more!
