Why It's Different
Rather than telling you exactly what to do, the YMCA's Weight Loss Program gives you the tools to design a weight loss plan that's right for you and your unique goals.
The YMCA’s Weight Loss Program's group setting gives you a built-in support network to lean on and learn from throughout your weight loss journey.
We believe that, given the right tools, you have the answers within you to achieve your goals.
Why It Works
The YMCA's Weight Loss Program works with individuals within a team environment to build custom, sustainable, unique healthy habits that lead to long-term results. It is not a prescription for nutrition and exercise, but a program to help you on your individual journey toward living a healthier, happier life.
What participants say about the program.
“[The program] does not focus on the scale, nor does it tell you what or how to eat in order to lose weight. It does not plan menus or tell you what to eat. You are given tools that will lead to successful weight loss.”
